３月中旬からご提供開始予定の春食材のご紹介をさせていただきます。

モリタ屋　京都３店舗・大阪１店舗・東京２店舗では京都府産新筍のご提供を予定しております。

京都府産新筍は早朝、土から顔を出す直前に掘り起こした苦み・渋み・えぐみが一番少なく、香り・味・食感ともに最高級の筍でございます。一品料理としてもモリタ屋が厳選した国産黒毛和牛のお料理とご一緒としてもお愉しみいただけます。

~Spring is in the air~

Thank you very much for your patronage.

We would like to introduce spring ingredients that will be available from mid-March.

Moritaya Kyoto 3 Store, Osaka 1 Store, and Tokyo 2 Store will start serving new bamboo shoots produced in Kyoto Prefecture.

Kyoto-grown new bamboo shoots are dug up early in the morning just before they emerge from the soil, and have the least Bitterness, astringency, harshnessand the best aroma, taste, and texture. It can be enjoyed as an a la carte dish or with Moritaya’s carefully selected Japanese black beef.
